FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE (May 11, 2022) — Elevēo announces it has reached a two-pronged agreement with Tet, a major Latvia-based internet service provider, telecommunications and technology company. Tet has been an Elevēo customer since 2017, utilizing Elevēo’s call recording and WFO solutions in its 190-seat contact center in Latvia.
With this agreement, Tet is augmenting its existing Eleveo suite with advanced speech analytics capabilities in order to gain greater insight into agent/department performance, identify market trends and analyze root causes of customer churn.
Tet’s partnership arrangement with Eleveo will expand as well. It now includes the resale of advanced speech analytics throughout the Baltics. Key to this effort, Tet is partnering with Elevēo to create new Latvian, Lithuanian, and Estonian language capabilities within the speech analytics solution.
“With the help of Eleveo solution, we have managed to create a highly precise Latvian language transcribing tool. Its WER (word error rate) is only 5% and it is the same quality as Google and Microsoft solutions for the English language. We are really proud of this result and thankful to Eleveo for the great cooperation! Two years ago we also launched text to speech project, so now, combining both technologies, we can create “the smartest” virtual assistants like Alexa and Siri and use the full potential of speech solutions,” says the head of artifitifcal intelligence solutions at Tet Inese Zarina.
“This is a strategically important agreement for several reasons. In Tet, we have a customer investing in a tool to benefit its own contact center operation and we have a partner investing time and energy building new language capabilities that will benefit organizations throughout the Baltic region,” says Brian Shore, Elevēo CEO. “Eleveo’s partnership with Tet will expand and strengthen our presence in a largely untapped market. It will also add to our already broad library of transcribable languages, which is a compelling competitive differentiator for us.”
