In 2020, ZOOM International rebranded to the public and our industry as Eleveo. One could say the name change has been cosmetic for the past two years – a new website, new logo and marketing material, etc.
On January 1, 2023 the name change will be complete; we will have taken all the legal steps necessary to make our rebranding official.
Why a name-change?
Over our 20-year history, our brand has evolved. The past two decades have seen a lot of growth and change in our customers’ and partners’ businesses and in ours.
Our company’s mission is to Elevate Every Encounter; we feel the Eleveo name reflects that mission. As the final step in changing our name we’re making sure it applies to all legal documents – though any contracts, offers, licenses and orders do not need to be amended.
What does this mean for our customers and partners?
- Invoicing will change from ‘ZOOM International' to ‘Eleveo’
(There is no need to modify any agreements, licenses, or contracts.)
- They will need to update their Vendor Management System to reflect the ‘Eleveo’ name and delete “ZOOM International” from the system.
- They will need to update our company name from ‘ZOOM International’ in their Accounting Management Systems, changing it to ‘Eleveo’
